PostSubject: Managing Plot Threads   Tue Feb 14, 2017 11:30 pm

What is a Plot Thread?
Don't confuse plot threads for events and things like that. Plot threads are individual RP topics where users can RP with a group or one-on-one. These topics also have the following symbols for users to address the topics which are as follows:

M=Mature, P=Private, AW=All welcome, S=Sexual Content

Creating the Topic
When you create your topic, you can title it anything you wish. Make sure that the title adheres to our general rules of the site. Inside the body, you can put what you like as well. You could do a summary of what is generally expected to happen, a summary of what your character is going through in the topic to spark interest; anything you want. In the title of the topic, please be sure to include the marks above which adhere to your topic. You can change these marks at anytime if the thread heads in that direction but overall the content mark should include all that happens within the thread.

Closing a thread
This is pretty simple. At the end of the last post on the topic, should the author decide to close the thread, tag a staff member to have the topic moved to archives so that the forums are kept nice and neat.

Talking about the open Plots
If you need to discuss the plots of your characters interaction with the other participants, you can, no doubt, discuss them in the Thread Advertisement thread forum. You may request a plot with someone via the thread adverts forum as well. Members have a right to refuse your request.
